- Most memorable jump:
jumping along with my father on his first jump (he was 68 years old at that time). There was only one place where I would let him do it: Skydive Virginia!
Skydiving has been something I always knew I would do one day. The opportunity presented itself in 1989 when along with a friend we decided that that time had come. From that day until 1993, I had been jumping on an irregular basis. After getting married and expecting a child, my priorities changed and I decided not to jump for a little while. That "little while" lasted ten years! During that period every time I looked up and saw blue skies, I was saying to myself "That's a day to go skydive". Finally in 2003 it was time for me to get reunited with my true passion. Eventually, I decided to get an instructional rating as teaching someone to skydive has always been a goal of mine since my very first jump.
